The Next Generation of Field Service
Newton uses AI to support call centers, dispatchers, resource scheduling, spare parts management, engineers and customer self-service portals with targeted data and information for fault identification and/or repairs. The web service, which provides analysis and forecasting models, is integrated in the All-in-One Solution Suite Service1 via API and configuration.
Depending on context and level of integration, Newton can be used for analysis of the problem description (free text, symptoms, codes etc.) and then as a basis for repair suggestions.
