Jens Härtel has more than 30 years of experience in managing large international field service organizations in industry, trade and services. His industry experience covers IT/communication technology, heating and building technology, plant engineering, special vehicle construction and consumer electronics. He brings his own software development, project and product management, and sales experience. In his previous positions, he was responsible for the entire value chain in service, among other things as an authorized signatory, managing director and member of the supervisory board. His focus is on strategy, organization, processes and management of service and customer support areas, as well as on the seamless process integration of field service into existing corporate workflows. He has managed numerous implementation projects of field service systems, has been an enthusiastic customer of GMS and the Service 1 solution in the past, and thus also brings the customer perspective.
His extensive expertise supports the sales, internal and operational departments of GMS as well as the team in the further development of the strategy.

Norbert Armbruster has more than 25 years of experience in project management and consultancy and software development in international service management. One of his main focuses is the analysis and optimisation of processes and the seamless integration of our Field Service solutions into existing business processes. Working together with our teams of experts, he is also primarily responsible for the design and structured development of our product portfolio. His particular interest is to maintain a close dialogue with our customers and partners to ensure that industry-specific requirements and suggestions are integrated into the design of our products. His extensive technological expertise is also useful in the design of application and process architectures. He puts a strong emphasis on constructive dialogue and the goal-oriented creation of excellent solutions.

Andreas Rempe started his career as a C-Programmer for database systems at Bertelsmann Software GmbH in 1986. In 1989 he moved to Key Account Management, where he collaborated with customers from the automotive and automotive supplier industry to develop the first commercially available information systems on CD-ROM for automotive service organizations. Among other duties, Andreas Rempe was responsible for the business segments Content Management, Product Lifecycle Management and Knowledge Management. Since 2011 Mr. Rempe is responsible for sales and support of our premium customers.

Johannes Parensen has over 25 years of experience in sales, project management and service management. He has built up and managed service and sales departments in Germany and abroad, first at Wincor Nixdorf / Diebold Nixdorf and subsequently at IBM. Whether as Head of Field Service Management in the UK or as Head of Sales Operations for EMEA, he always distinguished himself with a deep understanding of service and sales processes. Influenced by many years of experience as a key account manager in a global environment, he attaches great importance to working in partnership with GMS customers. Through close and open communication, a continuous improvement of the service management supported by GMS Software and Professional Services is achieved.
